Dr. Fogel received his medical degree from Universidad Central De Venezuela and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Hospital Guayparo in Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela. He then went on to complete his Fellowship in Gastroenterology at Harvard Medical School, Boston. He was assistant professor of Clinical Medicine, Specialty in Gastroenterology at University of Miami division of Gastroenterology.
Dr. Fogel is fluent in both English and Spanish and is dedicated to helping patients who may struggle with language barrier
